Check out my Widget!
So yeah, i've been working really hard on this widget and finally got it to a point where it was ready to submit to Yahoo. This is version 4 - even though the picture on the website is lame and is still showing version 1. Version 4 - includes the ability to search for a location (in the US) by ZIP or City, State. It also includes the calendar of sunrise/sunsets for your location. This is what the latest version looks like.

Does it work for dashboard?
A fun widget! Two suggestions. 1) Allow the widget to resize as data are hidden or shown, to take up as little desktop space as possible. 2) Add arrow buttons to quickly move to the next or previous day, so we don't have to type in a number.
hi jim. your widget is very helpful. two suggestions for additional enhancement: howabout if i select the calendar, click on a date, it populates the sunrise calculator and updates the times? and howabout adding a 'mountain offset'? I am a few miles east of the Rocky Mountains and the sun 'sets' here about 14min 35sec before the calculated time. would be cool to put in the 14min and have the display show the actual time the sun disappears
